What is inside

Four templates: domain overview, SOP, work instruction, and job aid. The SOP template prompts a flowchart with phases and decisions. The work-instruction template prompts screenshots beside steps and the expected result.

Six connected examples: Maintenance domain overview; Unit make-ready once vacant SOP; Record the scope work instruction; Pressure test work instruction; Scope creation checklist; Pressure-test checklist.

Put it to work

Copy the template you need. Have the practitioner show the work, including exceptions. Adapt the roles, authority, standards, tools, and checks to your company. Ask a teammate to use it during the task, then revise what is missing or unclear.

The sample roles, rules, flowchart, and fictional Turn Board screens are illustrative teaching examples, not NorthPoint procedures. Replace mock screens with screenshots of your own approved workflow.
